Eligibility criteria
The Tamil Nadu state government offers 13 different scholarships to students at different levels and classes. However, to avail the scholarship the state government has laid eligibility criteria; here is the eligibility criterion that you need to fulfill, in order to acquire the specific scholarship.
- The applicant should be a citizen of India.
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of India.
- Based on the scholarship you are eligible to apply for, you should be able to submit all the supporting documents when requested.

Unlike most of the scholarship offered by the Tamil Nadu state government, an applicant who is a resident of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Karnataka, and Gujarat. The applicant must have passed class 10th or SSLC from the above-mentioned states in the first attempt itself. |
