What is EWS/DG Admission?
This is nothing but a computerized lucky draw admission that is conducted every year for the weaker sections of the society. It is an admission that is conducted for the following standards:

List of Documents that is must for admission
There is a list of documents too on the website that needs to be submitted if you want admission. These are:
- If you are applying in the Economically Weaker Section criteria, you have to submit an income certificate for the same.
- If you have food security card also needs to be submitted for the purpose
- If you are applying in the Disadvantages Group (DG) criteria, you need to submit proof of the same which is basically a document proving that you actually belong to the said criteria.
How to do for Registrations? – Here is the Guide
-> The first step that needs to be taken is going online and logging on to http://edudel.nic.in
-> The page is self-explanatory and you will have to click on the part which mentions EWS / DG admissions
- Since you will a new user, you need to click on the required link
-> You will then need to fill all the required details. The details where the sing “*” appears is the one which needs to be filled mandatory. Other details are only voluntary and you are free to skip the same
-> Post that, your registration number shall be generated and you need to keep the same handy with you
-> In the above process, you have registered on the site. However, you now will have to fill in the form with all the required details.
-> Since you have a login ID, you can login into the account and the application form will appear on the screen. You need to fill all the details. Like in the above case, the fields where “*” mark is there, is the field that needs to be filled on a mandatory basis. Rest all can be skipped.
-> Post that, the site will ask you the school where you would like to go. You are free to select as many options as you like.
-> You can then submit the form and in case you want to edit the details or make some changes, you can do the same at this stage.
